Feeding your baby goes far beyond nourishment alone. Finding tools for successful oral feeding not only provides your baby with the ability to grow but also to develop other motor and communication skills along the way. We will work together to develop feeding strategies that minimize stress and maximize safety and positive experiences around feeding times. Completion of a family-centered evaluation will drive the development of treatment goals and plans for interventions. These treatments may include therapy to improve oral sensorimotor function, coordinate sucking, swallowing and breathing during feeding, address aversive feeding behaviors and allow for improved safety during breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding.
